How do you invite/join PSN friends?

I want to join or invite my mate who i've got on PSN, and he's signed in to PSN and he's on Little Big Planet, but i can't seem to figure out how to invite/join friends online on LBP. It's really annoying. Any one know how to do this? Cheers for the help in advance. :D

Hi Dooley100,All you have to do is when you are in your pod,moon(create), or even playing a level just press start on you controller then select friends, then you can invite or join them. Do you find this valuable? |

yeah i've tried that, but it just lets me see which level my friends are on. it's really annoying :(thanks for your help anyway :) Do you find this valuable? |

When in game, either in your pod or any other level, press the start button and choose the "Friends" option. If your friend is on and playing LBP, his name should appear in a sort of list. Beneath his icon you'll see Join and Invite. There ya go! ;D
