Vehichle Closing Roof

Hello. I need some help with an object I am making. I have a car essentailly that doesn't move until you grab the grab switch. I have a roof attached to it that I want to close when you grab the switch as well. So it locks you in when you move and opens when you let go and the car stops. The problem I have is that when I use the wobble bolt, it keeps opening and closing. How can I make it so that when I grab the switch the roof will close, and it won't open again until you let go. Thanks! Do you find this valuable?

Set switch to directional, and attach i to the wobble bolt. Then to make the tires move, you will have to hook the grab switch to a piston with a magnetic key at the end.Set it to when you grab the switch, it extends the magnetic key to a magnetic key switch set to on/off, this is what you will hook your motor bolts up to.

Too complicated? A simpler way to do it you may ask? Try not hooking a wobble bolt and a motor bolt up to the same switch. If you want multiple functions from one switch, you almost always have to use some logic. This logic actually isnt too complex so ur lucky.

Hey man thanks. I knew there was an easier way to do it. I forgot that you could change the switch itself. But you know what? I had to scrap the thing because when I put the roof on it made the vehicle too top heavy and it fell over. It was made out of cardboard too. How do you like that? :) Do you find this valuable?

try making the roof thinner and the rest of the vehicle a bit bigger and maybe made of something heavier. Perhaps a polystyrene door would work, even lighter. Do you find this valuable?
