Isn't there a list on the site that tells you where you can get the level complete rewards? I think the doll is an 'ace' the level reward.

The four Baby Doll pieces, and the four Male Doll pieces (arm, leg, torso, head) are all items found in 'The Collector's Lair' level. I'm afraid they are all far into the level, past where you free Grandmaster Sensei, and they are not all grouped together (surprise surprise).
