Re-creating beginning of Little Dead Space

Inspired by DarknessBear. I was interested in how he performed the beginning of Little Dead Space and decided to re-create it. Its not all that hard, just takes practice. Shows edit mode + play mode.

Thanks trickster223 for elightening us. That vid showed some great tricks and will be invaluable at least to me if not everyone. PS, I understood everything that was going on in the video except how the background was used to move. Probably just a piston on a thin layer? Can piston's be used on thin layers?

Hi mindphaser74,

The background was a large piece of rubber, painted black, then with loads of stickers on top of that. There are 2 pistons attached from the large piece of rubber to the wall at the very left. When the last Perma-Switch breaks and activates, the pistons are turned on, sending the whole piece of rubber backwards, creating that lovely moving effect.
