Rocktave	"My first level" a pretty straightforward platform level with a rocket vehicle created out of glass bottles, a race, an obstacle course, and another rocket to the finish. I focused on the graphics, as I'm an artist, so I used the stickers they provided us with a lot, but I didn't use them in any offensive way. They just embellished the level. I did offer prize objects that other users created and they were copyright material, so I'll accept that as reason why my level was deleted. An explanation to that effect, and sufficient warning that it needed to be changed would've been nice, but I only received a pop up (actually, 3 or 4 pop-ups) stating that my level was being "moderated." Then I could no longer access it to remove any questionable material.	11-04-2008, around 11:00 PM EST
Rapture333	My level was deleted without reason and without warning. I have send a letter to Media Molecule with the following. I hope to get a reply soon and will make sure people know when I do. Hello to the poor Media Molecule employee who has to read through another fan rant, well I'm sure this won't be your last but I would like to ask a few questions about the moderation that has been going on in LBP. You see, my level titled the following: Death Run - "Dry Ice" was off to a very promising start. But however on the second day I logged on to LittleBigPlanet and it reported my level has been moderated. As you can imagine I am very upset about all this and take full responsiblitiy of any content that may be violating your agreement policies. However, when I wen't to reread the EULA I couldn't find anything that was technially wrong with my level. A simple platformer and nothing more. The closest thing I may ever have to Copyright Infringement is stating that the "Death Run By Rapture333" using the Ice like material in the beggining of the map. Other then that I would let an orphan and a crippled grandmother play my level! It was squeaky clean, however even so my level was removed from my levels and I am quite disgruntled. It has been a unaudacious event for me. In order to make sure that future levels are not removed I would like to ask the following questions as well as ask if you could rectify my level and reupload it or give me the option to do so myself. I am quite confused and so are other members of the LBP community especially on fansites aswell as the Official LBP Forum on the playstation website. Appreciated, Steven N 1. DefMunky666 is the person who invented the first bomb survial level, it's called "desert survial - Innovative bomb challange",
he changed it to copyable to show people the bomb survial system and give the bomb prize at Desert Survial 2 and 3.
because him, people can create different kind of bomb survial.

Sadly, people just stole his level and said the level is created by them
and they send a lot of hatemail to him.
finally DefMunky666 changed DS1 to uncopyable and quit LBP
until 23-8-2009.

My kids and I LOVe LBP; only problem is last week it froze. Every time we put it in it would freeze on the portal room. All we could do is delete the old game and start all over (at least it works now). We still have all the extra costumes we purchased and downloaded, but how do we retrieve our old on-line account? We have many levels posted and would like to get our on-line account back. Is it all hopeless?

I'm working on a All Star Superman level and it's coming along pretty well, but I need some help. I already posted a thread about this on the discussions page but if anybody on here has an EyeToy and at least issues 5 and 12 of the All Star Superman comic series, send me a message because I could use some help to make it better.

You could set up two teams. Each would operate a moving platform with a partical accelerator on top of it. One member of your team would be in charge of the switch which would control fowards and backwards movement. The other would be constrantly adjusting the angle of the partical accelerator and firing. i have already posted a level idea on this page but i just had a cool idea, i don't know if any of you have seen the movie pay check, (if you havent its about a guy who sees into the future just before he has his memory wiped so he can leave himself some everyday objects to save his life, however as he has had his memory wiped he has to work out how to use them). i've been thinking about making a whole storyline and making up level after level for other users to get and play my story through and it's probably going to be in the lines of Final Fantasy 7 and something with a huge war between light and darkness and then you would be able to play both sides just by jumping on a few buttons.....i've been working on stories in this style for 5 years so i can't wait to share them all with you ^_^ how the levels will look.....hmm i can't really tell but im definitely going to pull out some old drawings and start making thoe come to life ^_^ i guess the environment will change from everything between a dreamworld to a nice and lovely meadow and all the way back to a hi-tech warzone ^_^ hope you're looking forward to it X3	Kenned

How about a Donkey Kong platform level where your Sackperson is at the bottom like Mario and is suppose to climb steel walkways and ladders while avoiding flaming barrels or logs. At the top there would be a mechanism where it releases a flaming object every few seconds or so. It could be in a rough shape of DK or just a goofy looking contraption. The level end would be of course at the top and prizes I haven't thought of yet. If there already is a DK dedicated map, I would love to see the video of it or play it on the full version of LBP. I would like to create a sort of evolution of gaming level. starting with very simple stuff like sackboy moving a paddle up and down (pong style) to break a wall on the right, moving onto a space invaders like scene fighting against a bunch of descending aliens, then maybe moving onto a small mario bros like platform section, you get the idea, it should end with sackboy using some sort of mech like vehicl, emulating the Rex vs Ray MGS4 fight (representing the current generation of games).... it would need a lot of different BGMs XDD	SolsticeZeta

Perhaps an "Escape from russia" level? I've been fooling around trying to make one, but it's nothing top priority or anything. I'll probably never even finish it, tbh, with the rate I'm going at. Anyway, have some kind of prison building or something you start at? With a.. zipline, so to speak, to slide down then whatever in the middle, maybe at the end have an "eletric fence" you need to jump over via catapult or whatever else.	dougydecimate

Maybe I could make a Level called "Attack of the Killer Robots". There would be little 2-legged Robots that walk and they try to kill You,
and You gotta jump over em, and they have Guns to try and kill You too. At the end of the Level You got to defeat the Mega-Zoid 90000 by swinging on to Sponges above his Head, and You gotta get to a Floating Platform that has a 3-Way Switch that drives a Bomb Launcher and has a Button to launch Bombs. But You cant keep doing that, afer 5 Seconds there'll be Plasma Balls shooting all over the Control Room. Keep Launching Bombs and You're done. But then it rises back up, and shooting Bullets ALL OVER THE PLACE. You gotta get away from the Control Room cause its gonna blow up, and You go down to activate a Turret to kill him, and the Mega-Zoid 90000 can kill You even though. You gotta shoot his Cockpit, then he blows up then there'll be a Scoreboard made by a Emitter.

Create a level where you have a Rocket Pack and you have to Collect all the Yellow Squares and avoid the blue squares. Change to Medium Grid and make two 2x2 circles. Make one from Cardboard and another from Vanish Material. Make them both thin. Then put a another circle one plane thin and 2x2 and set it on Electricity. Then put it behind the cardboard box and glue the two together. Then make the cardboard one black and save it. Then put a Sensor Switch in the Center of the Vanish Block and make the Radius to cover the circle. Then make the Sensor switch make the circle dissapear. You may want to make a sound effect. When its done, make it yellow and copy it several times. Then make a Rectangle going to down and cut another rectange in the center. Put a thin Dark Matter thing in the background. Ill leave the rest to you, put in the end, you will need to get out of the way out of the way of the Black circles. When you collect 1 Yellow circle, a voice says "1/7 circles" and if you get two, "2/7 circles" and so on. When it reaches "7/7 circles" you hear a cloud cheering and a door vanishes and when you go through the remains of the door you find a Scoreboard! Keep in mind that everywhere except for the scorboard room you should make the background 2 Layers Thick so you only have one layer to Navitgate on.

I just finally got my PS3 about 9hrs ago.....been playing it for an hour or so and am amazingly excited about LBP. The reason I now own a PS3 is because in the past 4 days by some either miraculous or devious chain of events, I had 2 yes 2 Xbox 360's red ring me.....one after just and hour of gameplay, and the second....upon first boot....This of course made me curse the heavens for everything I was worth lol. Then my decision to just exchange and switch to a used PS3 came to mind...sucess! I now had in my arms a used 60GB model PS3 from GameStop in NYC.....then the epic fail as I begin to play resistance....it seems the graphics card gave way....after furiously trying to scalp myself. I druged back to GameStop on my way to work to just get a new 80GB model... My ignorance seems to have brought me here as I do have it reserved with GameStop but being a first time PS3 owner, I never really bothered to see what this whole 'beta' and 'keys' thing was all about. I've been watching damn near every video I could find and the concept behind the game is almost a god send to people like me who would love to be able to control the world well level around me and manipulate it enough to tourture my friends and to just gain the experience of letting myself go creatively. So, it would be very much awesome if I could get a Key and actually bust out with joy to uplift this seemingly weird rut I may be in. Thanks for listening

I just love everything about it, for the past couple of months I have been none stop on LBP main site, and LBP Guide. I think it’s the most ingenious game ever created, just the way you can create and make your own levels and not have to follow a plan. It kind of remind me of Sims the way it grows on you, the game isn’t even out yet and LBP has become a lifestyle. I believe LBP is, not only an amazing game, but it provides tools for students to unlock their creativity. Most of my kids are gamers, like John P and Davion, who are the most intense gamers in my classrooms. I believe that LBP can be a tool to show my kids the end result of my teachings, for them to see that video game design is fun. Besides my professional reasons, I am a gamer myself, not only a player, but a collector (yesterday I bought the Gameboy Advance Pikachu Special Edition version... sweet!!!), and I even bought the God of War PSP version to get the GoW skin for Sockboy. Xeall	Xeall	Appart from the fact when i ran my own independent game store and this game was first shown i demanded everyone through the door watched the video fell to the floor and worshipped the screen for the new messiah had been found, i may have something to say. LPB looks like the game i have been waiting for since the next gen (is it still next? arent we there yet?) consoles where released due to the fact its the only innovation i have seen in a long time. No Game has made me smile happily while watching a video and calm me so much in years (ICO i believe was the last). I have always been a huge fan of games that do something different and try to involve the player in some way be it story, interactivity or other means. I have beta tested several games previous and always have my eye on what a game could possibly be. The only thing i feel that could let LBP down is in the bugs and i would love to be one of the people to make sure that is not the case. Nothing made me happier than selling a game to a kid who only comes back with a smile on his face talking about how great a game is, LBP has the ability to make everyone smile. Connector Notes

Connectors appears to hate having a minimum distance of zero. Alway set it for a minimum distance of 0.1 or it will detatch or wig out.
It seems that there is about 2.5 units worth of hardware involved with a Connector (like a piston, string, rod). So if you want a string to stretch across a 20 unit span of space, set the "maximum distance" to be 17.5 units.
Similarly, pistons/winches will always have at least a ~2.5 gap when fully retracted.
If you want a Piston or Winch to be flush when fully retracted, use the way they don't clip and attach them above instead of below their anchor object. So if there is a ledge where the Winch would be connected to, attach it to the top of the ledge instead of below. In this way, you don't have to account for the 2.5 units of connectors and it can be set to be flush with the anchor object.

You’ve been told to head down to to the Docking Station of SMT HQ, and to travel to Station BETA to find out why they have lost communications. Sgt. Higgs has reserved a pod for you, which you jump into and set off to Station B. Station A, (Sgt. Higgs) will be able to contact you throughout the journey. In the pod, half way through your journey, you experience some interference. Your Pod starts getting heavily attacked. Sgt. Higgs is trying to radio in to you, but you are not able to respond. He manages to tell you that you are being pulled into something, when…… Play the level or watch the video to find out what happens next! There’s a lovely boss at the end for you too. Enjoy, rate, heart, comment etc.. Thanks!	Very visual/paintinator. For an experienced player, but beginners will figure out what to do in no time.	100+ Plays 15+ Hearts	Well...go play it and decide!
	Becoming a Daywalker	Grizzlbutt	Very trippy short level. Strange effects. Very spooky. from the creator of "Tales so scary you'll break all your furniture."	The lack of lighting may make it a little hard to find your way. Watch for aimed spotlights for clues.	New and underground.Creator doesn't advertise or H4H.
	The Heavenly Lights	Mortasa	A level with not much story to it. It has a sort of disco feel to it. You get higher and higher using lifts, trampolines, jet packs. There are many dangerous parts in it too though.	Easy until you are near the end.	around 25 plays. hearted twice.	Play it and you will find out!
	9 o'clock	Mortasa	You're a man who is late for work on this day. You need to get to work by car and then train. It involves clocks and time. Make sure you make it! There are no races in this level. I think this level is better than my Heavenly Lights level.	Easy.	Around 70 plays. hearted 13 times	You play it and find out yourself!
	Mag. key world	Mortasa	You see many ways where you can make a magnetic key go to a magnetic key switch in about 10 seconds. Its really quick but took me a long time.	There are no dangerous parts to it.	around 20 plays Hearted ? times.	It changes.... So far, 4 star. Hey, that rhymes =P
	Day and Night	Mortasa	This is me just testing out the globe tool and I just made a whole level without realising XD	Its easy until you get to the parts with the bubbles and the thunderstorm.	32 plays so far.	5 star! =P
	Disassociation with Smoke and Mirrors	grizzlbutt	Find the double jump points to move through the realm of the dead. Fight the Ghostsword Demon.	Take a little time to look around. Move too fast and you will die. Boss can be tricky but checkpoint is infinite.	Brand new on May 23 2009. Only a few plays so far. Feedback is very good.	4 to 5 stars.
	Cow Happens	Harry_blah	A cow has lost its mother up the mountain, and you have to go help. You have a visual adventure across the meadows, up the mountain, and then you find the cow.	It is more of a visual experience, not very tricky at all, but a level that makes you smile	30 plays i think	4 stars
coming soon	little big dream home	thejboys	just a nicely done dream home of mine. its a veary detaled level so please try it out!	easy walk through level	so far 39 ppl have played	4 star. but if u play it be truthful!
