A list of the ideas and suggestions that we want Media Molecule to know about!
for the dangerous materials i want to add nuclear waste,sand storm,vickie gurrero and the high school musical cast when singing
| Concept | Description |
| Water in LittleBigPlanet | Everybody knows they want it-opens up many gameplay options. |
| Unique Powers | What if, as well as customizing what your character looks like, you could also assign an ability too. A bit like Lego Star Wars or Indiana Jones games, certain characters can do certain things. Just imagine, giving your Sackboy the ability to shoot webs like Spiderman. This would open up loads of new gamplay options. You could design things/levels/areas made just for that power. |
| Dark Levels | What if you could create a level with low light and you could use a flashlight. Imagine what people would come up with. |
| Character Items | This is kind of like unique powers, and they may have added this, but it would be neat if you could place Character Items in your levels that let your Sackboy do various things. Like a Grappling Hook, a Parachute, a Pole Vault, or even a Fishing Rod or something. The Flashlight could very well be one of these. The inclusion of Jetpacks makes me think they might already have something like this. I sure hope so! |
| Gravity Options | Would allow you to alter gravity's strength - I want space levels! |
| Doors or portals | Allows you to link different levels together to make one big level or world. Keys, locks, etc. |
| In Game Movies | Where you can make your own 15 second cut scene to help tell you story with voice overs. |
| fighting system | Something like a basic punch or kick instead of the slap. it would be awesome if you could have a board breaking contest! |
| Of Course Weather | We want weather like fog, rain, even tornadoes that throw your sackboy, I don't care if it's in a content pack or in the game we just want it! |
| Magnets | We need magnets to make our fun skateboard rides go upside down! |
| Roller coaster track! <<Can Already be down in game by experienced creators. See this guide>> | What if you where able to lay down track say for a roller coaster the little big planet world would be perfect for that you could even use the racing aspect to race to carts on two sets of track i think that would be awsome. |
| Insturments Guitar/bass/drums! | Combining the request to make in game videos, the ability to add your own music and being able to fool around with instruments you could Create your very own music Videos for you favorite songs! |
| Uploading stickers from hard-drive! | I know that I'm not alone in wanting this feature! Being able to take an image from the hard-drive of the PS3 rather than using the PSEye would save time and savour picture quality. |
| Optional First Person View/Third Person Shooter View | Levels could be more interesting with buildings you could walk into, hallways, etc. Just a thought |
| Divide collected items into single player and multi-player categories | Right now when you view information about a level, it displays all of the items you have collected thus far, as well as place holders for items still remaining to be collected. It is difficult by looking at this screen whether any of the remaining items to be collected can be obtained by a single player, or whether multiple players are required. If you've partially completed many levels and you start to look back and previous levels to see what you can collect on your own, it is difficult to determine based on this screen whether there is anything you can collect in single player mode. |
| Sticker Video? | I know, the problem with stickers is they're too big to put a ton in one level, so this probably wouldn't work, but how about a sticker video? Maybe like 10-20 sec video limit...I dunno, probably too big anyways... |
| Object Movement Between the foreground background and middleground in Game | Imagine levels where you have to keep a creature safe by moving it between them while firy coals roll by but of course keeping this optional so that it doesnt screw up levels already made and the fact that it would be best to have this in zones and not the whole level |
| Hinges for doors | to make doors or salloon style doors for a western themed level and such |
| Go Karts | To make huge jumps across level playing areas. |
| Changing the colors of materials | It would be nice to be able to use the same material throughout a level, but just giving it a different color. Using stickers to do this takes up to much of the thermometer. |
| More dangerous materials | They've shown the ice hazard in a video somewhere, that would be great for snow/winter themed levels, you could also have radiation where if your sackboy touches it he just turns green and melts. I also think there should be some sort of liquid material, doesn't have to be dangerous but just something that isn't solid or gas. |

ok, today in art I was drawing out a little big planet level i hope to make, anyway i had a great idea!!! what about this: you know how you can put speakers on stuff and have it make a sound? what about if you could upload songs/ music clips of your own from a music library on your ps3?! like "stricken" or "sweet child of mine"? any song you wanted! that would be good for LBP 2 dont cha think?

1. Breakable glass (Put prizes in bubbles that take effort to break. Or make a heavy item to drop and break part of a level.)
2. Different mutiplayer options (Team vs. team, battle arena, hide and seek, etc.) (Maybe assign different players different re-spawn doors?) 4. A nice shiny metal (Aluminum foil or flashing instead of just the kind of dirty metal from the beta) 5. Light bulbs (Christmas lights, different light sources, spotlights, flashlights, etc.) 6. Water effects (So you can put out fire. Keep it away from electricity or get shocked. Maybe even spill it on ice to make more ice? Or even put a little water on a lot of fire to create steam!!! Could be interesting.) 7. Maybe something to make a wind-up toy? (Provide power for limited amount of time, instead of levers/switches/buttons with permanent power) 8. One potentially fun environmental hazard could be acid. 9. Also the ability to climb would be nice. Or maybe a certain material that you can climb on to go up walls or something. Maybe like velcro?

Oh how wicked it would be to get to make little music videos to your favorite songs! get 3 sack boys together and make a little headbang fest!! Air guitar!! woooooo!
