Tales of game in LBP?
Mar 8 2009, 11:30 AM EDT
I was thinking of making a battle field and a dummy attatched to a chain winch. Make a side view of a person with a 2D leg in front and one at the back, both attatched with wobble bolts. Then put wheels, not on his legs but on a material which is just below the feet. Add a 3 way (set directional) switch which activates the legs and the wheels. attatch one arm with a wobble bolt which goes round 3 times and stops for 2 seconds. Then give him a sword on his wobble bolt arm. Put a grap switch (set on/off) on a grabbable material which activates the wobble bolt on his arm. Afterwards, place a magnetic key switch on the sword and a magnetic key (same colour as the mag. switch) on the dummy. Make the magnetic key switch activate a light on the dummy so it looks like your doing some damage and make it activate the chain to go upwards suddenly so it looks like you are actually hitting him. Then attatch a piston on a bar with half of it red and half of it white. Cover the white half with a material, cover the part next to the red part of the bar and make the magnetic key switch activate the piston. Therefore, the dummy has health!!! *Pant pant pant* LOL. But... I don't think I explained correctly. Do you agree? I'm not even sure if this works yet. I'm trying to make it now.

that might work. It's a cool idea. I'd have to see it in action though to really tell.
